How to shop at the LifeM e-shop

You can shop in the LifeM e-shop without logging in. If you want to shop with us repeatedly, we recommend registering with us to save filling in your address for future orders. When registering, please enter your email and password, which you will then use to log in.

Order without registration

When ordering without registration, simply fill in the shipping information so we can deliver the goods to you.

Order for registered users and logging in

If you register with LifeM, you will be granted some advantages. By submitting the registration form you will create your user account with us.  That means when you log in next time the system will fill in your delivery and billing details. Another advantage will be the 2% discount for all your orders which we offer to our customers who register and login. Your login data will be your email address and your password.

Registered users can also see their previous orders in their profile and use them to easily place a new order.

By registering you agree to receive commercial communication from Life M s.r.o.

After submitting your registration, you will receive a registration email containing your login details including your password. After successful registration you will be automatically logged in and will also be automatically set up with a discount on all your future orders or offers.

Your shopping cart

The items you have selected can be found in your shopping cart. When you have all the items you want to buy in your cart, click on the "Place the Order" button. You will be taken to a page with your delivery details, which you can edit or add.

Discounts

We offer all registered customers an introductory discount of 2% on all orders or offers.

Contact Details

A shipping and billing address is required for successful order processing.

When you first log in, please enter the correct billing address (including your VAT number) and the correct and complete delivery address. For delivery addresses outside the Czech Republic you will be contacted by our staff to find the best way how to delivery your order to you.

If you want to change your contact details in the future, you can always update them in your user profile. You can edit your contact details for both your shipping and billing address. You can always check the address before completing your order and modify it if necessary.

Delivery method and price

In the Czech Republic, goods will always be delivered by the shipping company Transmed. For deliveries outside of CR you will be contacted by our staff who will find the most suitable carrier in cooperation with you.

Business Terms and Conditions

Before submitting the order for processing you will have to agree to our Business Terms and Conditions.

Leave a message

If you want to add a note or comment to your order, please write it in the appropriate box. You can write there any comment important for the correct processing of your order.

Payment method

Our staff will contact you to agree on the appropriate payment method. The standart way is a bank transfer.

Order completion

Please check your billing and shipping information  before you submit your order. Please check that you agree to the terms and conditions too.

To complete your order, click on the "Place the Order" button. If you don't want to buy the products in your cart but only get a price offer (quotation), click "Get Quotation" button.

Order confirmation

You will receive an automatic confirmation email of your order at the e-mail address you have provided. Upon receipt of your request, we will start processing the order.

Then we will send you an order confirmation within 3 working days, which will include information about the availability of the goods you have ordered, and also the expected delivery date. Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 weeks.

My Profile > Order History

Your user profile offers you the possibility to set the data we record about you (contact addresses, telephone, etc.) and a list of your previous orders.
